Time for Uploads

Wasn't sure exactly where to put this question.

I have my gallery set so only one image can be uploaded every 24 hours.
I got a pm today and the member said that she could not upload and got a message that she had exceeded her limit.
Ok thats understandable.

What I want to know is how can I view that person's picture and see the time it was uploaded. This might not be possible but would be a nice feature if it can be applyed for administrator who can then check to see what time that person can upload again.
You know how some people are and get itchy when we can't tell them the time they uploaded the last picture.
They think we are suppose to know it all and be able to answer all questions.

The picture only shows the date not the specific hour and minute it was uploaded

Yes that is what I have found.
Just curious if the time it was uploaded could be seen in admin logs in cpanel the same as when a member moves or deletes a picture.

No big deal but would be useful sometimes.
