Photopost customer service hours???
 

I want to upgrade from 4.7 to the current version, and I want photopost folks to do the upgrade. I've been trying to reach sales all day yesterday and all day today. I've also left a voicemail. What are their hours?

Chuck handles customer service calls, but he is on travel this week. You would get a much faster response by simply ordering the service or writing to sales@photopost.com

I'll email sales. Thanks. I was going to order online, but I wasn't sure what I needed to order. I assumed I wanted the upgrade service, but the shopping cart kept trying to give me the full installation service.
