Can someone tell me what this means...
and how to fix it?
Warning: exec() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/trendysc/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 61
I get this warning when I upload everything.

Your host has locked down the exec function so you can not use Imagemagick. Try switching to GD2 and see if uploads work fine.

I'm not using Imagemagick - I've always had it set on GD2.

You sure GD does not use exec
How about jpegtran and jhead clear those lines in your config as well.

I cleared out jpegtran and jhead and I am still getting the error. It doesn't seem to interfere with uploading, so is this something I really need to worry about?

If you cleared out jhead and jpegtran then you are using Imagemagick as your image processor you must select GD2
