Upgrade not downloadable

Hi there,

Forgive me if this ist wrong place to discuss this, but I paid for a license upgrade yesterday and am still unable to access my download of the latest version of Photopost. Could you perhaps help me? Let me know what else you might need or with whom I need to speak if possible.
