Lost Username and Password for Admin

Hi

I have lost my username and password for the admin area. It doesnt seem to recognise any of my email addresses also so I cannot retrieve the lost password. How do I get into the system to do anything ???

If you have phpmyadmin you can browse your user's table and find out the email address your using in case you forgot it.

I would suggest using the forgot password link but you need to know your email
