Upgrade complete

I've updated the site to the 3.5 RC3 release today so anyone can give it a test drive (and see the PhotoPost compatibility in our Photo Gallery area).

Let me know if I missed anything in the update (since we run a members and nonmembers section off the same database).

Nope no link and no members section showing to me either.
