Admin menu 3 items I am not sure of

Need some explanation.

1. Use Spider-friendly URLs? what do I need to run this?

2. jpegtran? what dose it clean from photos? and what is the benefit

3. Use photo view caching? In what cases is this recomended?

I should have posted this in the 'How Do I...' forum sorry.

1. It replaces characters like ? & etc with a / to make urls better spidered by bots

2. jpegtran will strip the headers from jpg files so you dont suffer from the ie/adobe bug.

3. It is recommended on busy sites so that instead of updating the views and writing to the database everytime a user views a photo it will cache the views and upgrade at a later interval saving server resources.
