Hit the help button (top right of the comment pane) and there is a link to the smilies code in there

I can´t see this...

In the older version was below of comments but in the new version (integrated with vbull or something) I can´t see nothing like a help button... Take a look here:

Smilies Legend in 5.1 (not a bug)

As indicated in your other thread on the same topic, there is no smiley legend in the standard or enhanced comment boxes; only in the WYSIWYG interface.
