New versions of PHP released - 4.3.11 & 5.0.4 - upgrade recommended?

Over at vBulletin there's thisNew versions of PHP released - upgrade recommended thread

PHP versions 4.3.11 and 5.0.4 have just been released and include fixes for numerous security holes, and a resolution for the performance issue that affects vBulletin as I described here. We would recommend that all customers upgrade to either 4.3.11 or 5.0.4 at their earliest convenience.

I'd like to hear from PhotoPost developers if a move to PHP 4.3.11 or 5.0.4 is ok to do without breaking their applications.

I would not recommend running a dev version of php either but once it goes final I see no reason as long as the requirements of our program are followed things would work fine.

The latest releases of PHP are now 5.0.4 and 4.3.11. PHP developers are strongly encouraging users to upgrade to one of these releases as soon as possible. Are either of these dev versions?

My host upgraded to 4.3.11 four days ago and we've not had any problems as a result
