PP5 Why is showphoto title inside frame?

Problem is that the frame expands beyond the pic if the title is longer then the width of the image.
What's the reasoning for having the title inside the frame?

In prev ver the title could extend past the pic below the framed image.

Because it looks good.

Feel free to change it if you have alot of tiny pictures.

Ahh then it's just a matter of taste.
I still prefer the previous... less blocky

It's not so much having tiny pics, but that we often have longer title descriptions under the pics.
