Terms Of Use / Privacy Policy

Before I go crazy trying to put together a Terms Of Use / Privacy Policy for my Photopost Gallery I figured I would toss a question out here first. My question is...

Are there any pre-written Terms Of Use / Privacy Policies that you know of which can be modified for a specific site?

HI..

I've looked into this and to be short, i haven't found any, companies will of course write you one for a fee but i would see how it's done first on other sites and try composing one by yourself, maybe the only way.
