Users can choose language style?

What's involved with setting up a gallery (actually 3), integrated with a vB forum, offering users multiple choice of language styles?

I'm seeing language style is being furthered with PPv5.
Does this mean the users can pick a language style?

Scenerio... membership spanning 68 countries ... and growing

Where do I start? What could I conceiveably offer to our members as a long range objective?
I would obviously need to get them involved in providing translation..

Thanks for any advice!

We're waiting to get updated language files from our members and then we'll be able to look at how to make it selectible with forums.
