Stop supporting "Hacked Setups"

I have seen over the past few weeks a long line of the same questions asked by different people who all have one thing in common -
The have 3rd party hacks ( Some of them pure garbage ! ) installed, and when problems come up, they are here, or on VB.com clogging up the forums with "Bug reports" for the respective software.

I think it should be a new policy here at All Enthusiast Products that if you want support for the given problem, it is on "Virgin" setups only.

Actually, that is our policy. We only support the product as it is released; if someone is looking for support from our staff, we insist on using the unaltered product.

That said, many of us like to mod our scripts; so thats why we have photopostdev.com to give people some help in tweeaking their code. However, PhotoPostDev is NOT monitored by PhotoPost support and the content are the responsibility of those who participate.

You know we already do this by default.

You will see both Michael or I when someone asks how to hack this or that we automatically send them to the hack site http://www.photopostdev.com

I try to help people out and be nice but on occasion there has been support requests that I have stated to the customer that they would need to install unmodified code to seek support. I do not think any software company supports code modifications.
