Meta Tags - Where are they?

I need to change the keywords and description meta tags. Which file can I edit to make this happen?

You can make a headtags.htm file and specify meta tags to be inserted into the header next you would link it from the admin options by server path.

Does this need to be done if PP is integrated with vbulletin?

If you want to add more keywords and such yes but not really as you can use the meta tags in vbulletin and append there since your loading vb
