When set private, must set password as well ?
 

Is it a neccessity to have to set a password whenever you have to set something private ?

I am asking because I am trying to write a query to exclude all the private stuff and am not sure if I should include checking both the 'private' and 'password' fields of the category table or just the 'password' field.

Anyone ?

Yes, an album marked as private is automatically password protected. A category can be password protected or access can be controled via usergroup permissions.
