Where to go, and what line do I edit to increase # of characters in pic Title for thumbnails?

There is no restraint on the image titles in the feature thumb bars.

The photo title where it shows info of the thumbnail...

Okay in showgallery line 513-516

if (strlen($title) > 22) {
$title = substr($title,0,22);
$title = $title . "...";
}

change the 22 to a higher number
