typical settings

I am interested in what the typical settings are regarding users with regards to file size, user allotted space, etc.

I don't want to have to approve all the images either. How do I turn that off? I thought I had turned it off in the admin control panel, but I uploaded my first image to test and it wants me to approve the image.

The "move photo to:" drop down box is too big for my table width format. Where do I go to locate this php file so that I can edit the template such that it's found on it's own line instead of on the line with the "Delete Photo" checkbox, and t the "Submit Post" button?

See this link above to see how the picture section has poked out past my defined width for tables. I have put constraints on the picture sizes, but this is a culprit I had to deal with in vbulletin, and I'll have to do the same thing here I guess.

fyi - I turned off the "approval" section for the images by just making sure that for the user group moderation was set to no.

I still could use some help for typical file size limitations, as well as typical user space limitations, as well as the location of the drop down box mentioned above and this software will be ready to rock-n-roll!

It's starting to look pretty sweet!

As you said, check your user group settings to make sure Require Moderation is turned off for specific groups.

The admin panel is either in showphoto.php or showphoto.tmpl - cant remember offhand.

Must be registered to view images, so didn't see it.

I use 800 for medium images and 150kb which covers most decent JPGs. I allow bigger sizes for different groups. Sometimes I upload files from my camera which can be 1mb-3mb, so it all depends on your own needs.
