exif data display
To display the EXIF picture information on my web site, do the PHP binaries on my web host need to have the
--enable-exif'
build option enabled ? Currently my web host does NOT have that option installed in the PHP build.

Can you build software on your install ( have access to GCC compiler and SSH? )
You can try also downloading the precompiled binaries of jhead
