Can these words be changed in the Admin CP? Like if we wanted to call them Most Recent Members, Most Popular Members, Random Members

No, these changes need to be made in the language files. It is a simple change once you find the file to edit. File names go with the "page name" so it is fairly simple to find the correct file to edit as well.
