Question Photo uploads increment user post count?

Forgive me if this question has already been answered somewhere else. I have spent hours on this site and PhotopostDev (thought this isn't a hack I don't think), trying to find information on this.

Maybe I am not grasping this concept totally. Does this setting translate over into vBulletin? In other words every time a user posts a photo or makes a comment their post count in vBulletin goes up (and the vBulletin forum totals go up as well)?

If not, how is that accomplished? Would some one point me in the right direction?

Thanks!

Yes, posting a photo in Photopost will raise your users post count in VBulletin.

You can also turn it "on" or "off" in the PhotoPost Admin area.

Look in your admin your PhotoPost Admin area for:

Edit Options > Upload Photo Options > Photo uploads increment user post count?

The user's individual post total goes up, yes, but why does the Forum post total stay the same? If the user's post total was impacted shouldn't the forum total (under the statistics section on the foumdisplay page), be impacted as well?

If your forum total is calculated by adding up user post totals it would; if not, then no.

VBulletin get's the total post count by counting the posts in the forums, it does not get it's count by adding up all of the users posts.
