Setting Disk Space Limit

I just had Photopost installed and I have a user who has exceeded the 500K limit that I attempted to set up while we get used to Photopost.

Edit Usergroups > Regular Users: Disk Space Limit set to 500 (in kB)

From the user's profile - Space used: 1465.9k

What else do I need to do to limit users?
