sql injection attacks

A friend was looking over my site and said it didn't look like it was protected from "sql injection attacks".

Can someone explain to me what this means and more important - is this something I need to worry about with my PhotoPost??

SQL Injection attacks are a concern for a lot of php/mysql applications, but not with PhotoPost.
