The actual copyright link is stored in the settings table but you can find where it's called in pp-inc.php by searching for cright. If I'm not mistaken cright also appears in some of the other files as well. If you are using a forum integration that uses the message board footer it may be easier just to add it there instead. If it's a stand alone PhotoPost installation another option is to include your links in a footer.html file and then just set the path in the admin panel.
