Database Crash.Old backup.Get photos back?

I recently took over admin duties for this site. Apperently the database crashed a while back, the only available backup was old. Alot of people lost alot of pics. The pics are in the data folder I think.

Image Space Used 387.5 MB
Total disk space used by the DATA directory 586.46 MB

An extra 200mb of pics. Is there anyway to get them back for the members?

Not without a current database unless you find the old pictures in the data folders and reupload them as the user in admin upload.
