Other add-ons, such as vBA Links, etc work fine but a new install of the gallery isn't giving me the options to configure. I can view the gallery however online.

The server is issuing a '200 OK' header and a content length header with a value of 20 (bytes), but viewing the source of the page shows nothing at all. There are no errors being emitted into the Apache error logs.
