I wonder if it's possible to make it so that if a photo is not uploaded the photo frame is used to display with big letters the subject of the ad? And if this is not to hard this might even be a an option

That way all photo spaces would be used.

Actually the way it displays not is much simpler. The actual title is shown below the thumbnail and every ad that has no photo has the standard nothumb gif which states no image.

What your talking about is possible is say you open some hard coded html table a specific size and center a ad title in it but really I do not see something like that being included in our commercial code.
