Contact Seller Permissions (Usergroup Based)
Currently the contact us links works only for members but there are no usergroup level permissions. We have some banned members who continue to login and use the classifieds to contact sellers even though they have been banned. It would be great if there was a column in the Usergroup Permissions page where we could set who can use the Contact Seller based on usergroup.

If that does not make sense please let me know and I can try to explain it better.
