Logo option for PayPal checkout Chuck, how hard would it be to work in an option in the Admin options that would allow a logo to be uploaded to the database and then sent with PayPal payments to be displayed in the PayPal checkout (via the image_url variable) ... for those of us who chose PayPal as our payment method... ? Have a good one, J. |
I beleive you mean instead a url to an image you store somewhere else? The settings database can not store images nor do we store images in a database currently. Adding an option for you to place a url in the database is easy. |

Chuck, I just tested it and it works perfectly. Thanks a million. Oh, and one other thing. PayPal specifies that an image of 150 x 50 be used for the image_url variable, but I used a much larger image and it works great... no css resizing used on PayPal's side. The image displays at full size. PayPal actually has a cpp_header_image that accepts a larger image of 750 x 90 for the checkout logo, and I bet this same size restriction is actually being applied to the image_url variable also, instead of the 150 x 50 restriction that is specifies Thanks again. This really helps out! |
yeah paypal is whacky. |
