There needs to be some way for members to indicate where they are willing to ship products to, and/or their general location.
The ZIP code thing is fine, but that only works for US addresses.
Perhaps the ability for a user to input locaiton and where they will ship to, and then the facility for a user to easily filter by that in the listings.
Otherwise if you've got people entering listings from many countries in different currencies it can be very hard to sort out those local to you.
