User feedback/rating It looks as if when a user rates another user (using the feedback system), they can only rate them once. If they try to rate them again with different feedback the new feedback overwrites the old feedback that that user left them. Is this the way it is meant to work? There's no warning for the user about this issue. It would seem to make sense that a user can rate another each time that they buy something off them. |
Yes it is designed like this since feedback/opinion can or will change they are allowed to update their feedback but not allowed to do multiple inputs. |
Perhaps this is better moved to suggestions then ;) I'd suggest that there's some warning built in to advise people that they are going to overwrite previous feedback then. Or that the feedback mechanism is developed further to allow feedback to be given from the completed sale, but only by the assigned winner/buyer. A more refined feedback system would be great. |
