Was curiously watching my ad pages constantly increaing however the ad count staying the same. In other words, expired ads are still being counted even when ads are expired.
Tonight I noticed the expired bulk/action area and promptly wanted to commit suicide with a dull spoon as there were 47 pages of expired items.
No problem - Ill delete them!
Well, this process is about as tedious as it could possibly be made. Manually clicking each delete radio button gets old after page 2. Then I realised that after submitting, the qeue resets to an active category! Thats right - I went and cleared out a whole page of active items ass-u-ming that when I submitted expired ads, I would be taken back to expired ads.
So, after tediously playing 'pin the dot' on the radio button on each page, I then press delete, then have to load up the active category, then have to reload to expired, then have to reset the perpage (as that of course resets too!).
Couple that with the fun I had when I submit a page only to get a 'pic not found error'. Who knows which one. I have given up deleting for the moment.
What I am begging desperatly for is a seriously improved moderation system. Hell, even a tick all would have made me happy
Also, I dont think that the page count should include ads that wont be displayed when you get to those pages. I had 35 pages in my navigation, yet only 5 pages of ads you could view.
Sorry to be a moaner. Its a great product - Im just being a hag. Im sure Im going to get a response showing me how I missed something stupid that does it all for me too - Would fit in well with the weekend ive had
