Allowing unregistered users to post ads?

Is there anything that I should consider before I allow unregistered users to post ads? After a survey of 100 people who have been approached with the idea of placing ads on websites, I have found that 70% would be more apt to place their ad if they did not have to go through the registration process.

My main question is, what would I have to do to allow this? What happens when a visitor clicks the 'contact seller' button, if its an unregistered person that is placing the ad? Where would I emphasize that the user MUST post his contact information if he chooses to place his ad without registering?

Anyone done this yet? Some insight would be great.

I would probably edit languages/english.php line 430

$Globals['pp_lang']['productdesc'] = "Description:";

to

$Globals['pp_lang']['productdesc'] = "Description:<br><br><b>Unregistered users must post their phone
number or email address to have their ad approved.</b>";


Make sure it's line 430 as there is a similar line that might get mistaken.
