Is there a specific question you want to ask? Upgrade instructions are included in the documentations folder of the downloaded code. Basically all there is to things is uploading all the files except the config files and running the upgrade program and running all the required upgrades from 3.1x forward once.

what are the configuration files

The 2 config files config-inc.php and config-intc.php

The documentation has full instructions.
