Can't attach images if there text in description field

Ok, another weird issue.

If I attach an image to an ad and add also a description I'll get 403 Forbidden error from web server.

However if I post an ad with an image but without description it works fine.
Or an add with descption but without image it works fine.

If I have both image and description I'll get that 403.

No issues that I see adding anything when uploading.

Good news - I did some changes to web server and now adding ads with images and descriptions seems to work ok. What's funny is that I wasn't trying to fix this problem specifically as I only increased eAccelerator's memory and restarted server and did some other "housekeeping".

Not an issue server stuff can easily cause issues.
