No text on classifieds and no admin area

Hi guys,

I've just installed PP Classifieds on a vBulletin 4.1.3 (using the same DB as the forum) and I can't see the text when I go to the /classifieds/ folder. Even when I try to logint into the adm-index.php I get the two boxes without the usual "username and password" text. Even the submit button is blank.

I made a new folder for "spanish" language and translated half of it (also changed to "spanish" in the config-inc.php file) but the error was there from the start using the default english language.

I'm attaching the SS (logged in and as a visitor) but you can check the install at :
Quote:
pescaydevolucion [dot] com [slash] clasificados
Obviously I can't play with categories or post a new add as I don't see any links.

PS: When I login to the classifieds admin area (using my admin member username and password) it takes me straight to the classifieds index.php file instead of an admin area. I did notice that it uses misc.php to redirect me there.

If it helps, this installation of vB is kinda strange as it is the vB4 suite so the forums and blogs folders are NOT really there. It gets redirections from vBSEO.

Any help?

Thanks in advance!

Well looks to me like you did not run the last portion of install which was the language import. I did that and your site appears fine now. Not sure how you could have missed that step it is the last thing the install tells you to do.

Hi Chuck, thanks!

I didn't missed it. I click on it and it took me back to the iinstallation welcome screen (with the two images above). I thought that step was done without confirmation.

On the other hand, how the heck did you run that script in my site? O.o I deleted the install.php file :P

If you clicked to import the language strings on the last portion of install it should have taken you to the script phrases.php to import the strings which is how I imported them for you.

All right, I see.

Quick question. Is it safe to have that kind of scripts laying around and accessible to anybody? I mean, anyone could run them and (at the very least) delete what we have already modified :S
