Problem with installation

Hi,
During the installation I encountered "We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later." I checked database and it appeared that tables (33 tables with cp prefix and zipData without prefix) were created but currently do not know what problem appeared during installation.

configuration:
- vBulletin 4.1.4 - forum is in root directory (no site/forum subdirectory)
- the same database both for vB and Classidieds

Could you help me? Is any way to switch on debug mode to see what kind of problem encountered during the installation?

I would suspect without actually seeing a proper url to your install that you have improperly specified maybe your vb table prefix or database info something along that line incorrectly. Therefore you see the error you see because your debug setting is already on. Only an admin would see the true error however since you have incorrectly installed and we can not authenticate you all you see is the generic displayed debug message.

There are no prefixes in my forum tables.
