Is classfieds 4.2 really 4.1

I just downloaded and unzipped 4.2 but the config file contains this:

// PhotoPost Classifieds Version Number
$VERSION = "4.1";

I'm already running 4.1 and thought I was getting a new version.

does the zip file contain 4.1 or 4.2 and if it does contain 4.2 then why does the config file say 4.1?

I don't want to attempt an upgraded from 4.1 to 4.1 - you know?

4.2 is just a bug fix the copyright has not changed. Go to your admin panel hit statistcs and read what the version it says you have no doubt 4.2

ok - so there is no database update even though the upgrade.txt file inside the zip says the following:

4) Run upgrade.php and depending on your version, run any necessary upgrades.

by the way - I copied in the code (did not attempt to run upgrade) and yes it does say 4.2 - however I noticed this in the notifications box at the top of the screen.

Check out the changelog.txt file in the documentations folder of the downloaded code that contains the very same announcements we place here in the announcements forum on exact changes from version to version.

The news script probally just needs to be updated.
