Classifieds on PHP 5.3.6

Will the latest Classifieds 4.21 run on the current PHP 5.3.6 ?

I'm now running Classifieds 4.21 on PHP 5.2.17 and the Classifieds install docs only say "PhotoPost Classifieds requires PHP 4.0.2 or greater".

I've got another PHP application that will require PHP 5.3.x for the next upgrade, and the PHP 5.2.x series is now unsupported by PHP, so I'll need to upgrade my server soon.

I am running 5.31 without any issues. I know work will need to be done for PHP 6
