links fail after upgrade

I just upgraded to 4.2 and when I click on links, I get a blank page.

It appears as though the paths may be broken, but they look right in the admin.

when a similar link might look like
http://www.carscene.ca/classifieds/showcat.php/cat/1

Where should I look?

Thanks

did you rename the HTACCESS file to .htaccess so you can use SEO links?

SEO is better if you have a windows server you need to place those rewrites in your IIS rewrite manager. If its linux then it must allow you to use mod rewrite and htaccess files.

As it stands right now your server does not support SEO so you need to turn it off. your only option right now is regular urls or spider.
