VERSION UPDATE: 4.2

Classifieds 4.2 fixes any bugs reported since the 4.1 as well as adding two new integrations.

. Added support for wordpress product user login
. Added support for the new Xenforo forum product ( user login and basic style integration )

You do not need to run the upgrade script for this update; you only need update the changed files.

Is 4.2 compatible with MySQL5 (specifically strict mode) ?

None of our versions are compatible with mysql strict mode.

Hello Chuck,

we are testing the xenforo-integration with a fresh and empty pp-c 4.21 installation.
- Installation displayed in pp-c footer is 4.1 (instead of 4.21)
- "Use Integrated forum stylesheets?" is enabled, but the header looks incomplete - I didn't find a place to edit the header.

The integration we support with xenforo is what we list on our site here. We support the user login and style colors.

Looking at your example you seem fine. You would need to edit the header footers in admin after you specify a path in global options to whatever html files you wish to load and then under admin edit the header footers and place whatever html you wish to mimic a header or footer from the forum. That is what I did on my example site.

I thought I typed up a list already but I would suggest you upload the templates folder and all core php files minus the config install and upgrade files.

Well looking at file dates as a comparison my suggestion is exactly what I posted in my last post. Upload everything except the install upgrade and 2 config files.

Hello,
I am trying to upgrade from Classifieds 4.1 to 4.21, but the version number is remaining at 4.1 on the pages. However, in the admin area, its shows "4.21" for the current version.
I have tried uploading all files using Overwrite mode in my SFTP client.
I also tried unzipping the pp-classifieds421.zip directly on the server in the folder, but have the same issue.

Edit: I also unzipped the files into a separate directory, created md5 sum's for all the files and verified it against my installation. Everything was matched correctly.

Since there was no database upgrades to run your copyright would not change. You are running 4.21 if thats what your admin says

In my admin area download are "PhotoPost Classifieds v4.21" is the last version 4.2?

Our latest version as noted in our announcements and members area is Classifieds 4.2.1

Not sure what your trying to ask. This is the announcement for 4.2 and there is also an announcement for 4.21 which comes after 4.2

That is because you are reading an old announcement and posting in it.

4.21 is definately released after this thread and is our current code. Our news script members area and latest announcements all state our latest release of 4.21
