Getting Errors On Install

Hi I just went through the install script without any issues and when I access the directory Im getting the following errors:

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /home4/medicav4/public_html/dealer/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 57

Warning: require(./global.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home4/medicav4/public_html/dealer/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 58

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php') in /home4/medicav4/public_html/dealer/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 58

Any ideas?
