Classifieds 4.1 fixes any bugs reported since the 4.03 as well at another change.

. Improved search results – everything moved into search.php, results saved to db to save on paging through
searches and having to "re-search" every page load

I have a site with a v3.13 photoposts install running, can i update directly to this version ?

Upload the files except config files and install.php and run the upgrades sure.

I am already on Classifieds v4.03.

So all I need to do is copy over the files listed above?

I don't need to run the upgrade script do I, that's only for those with 4.01 and lower?

No you need to copy the files and run the upgrade also.
