Yep once they get your info they send it to me and then I have most installs done within 24 hours.

How many installs do you have in the works? I have not recieved anything from customer service yet for you so make sure you actually sent the documents back to customer service the email that actually emailed you. custserv@photopost.com or sales@photopost.com |

Customer service has received the required documents. The confusion has to do with the 9 Aug and 14 Aug install purchases. I should of purchased them at the same time. However, I had to have a go at installing them myself before I paid for it :P
Let me know if you need anything else. I have forwarded this same information to customer service.

No problem once customer service processes them they will send them out to be installed.

Just 're-emailed' the info to you. I noticed when I forwarded what I sent to customer service, it didnt forward the attachments. Oops..
