open_basedir restriction in effect

hello,
i have installed the Classifieds with VB4 integration, but when i visit the site i got the following error :

Warning: file_exists() [function.file-exists]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/path/to/classifieds/headtags.htm) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/xxxxxxx:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in [path]/classifieds/pp-inc.php on line 714


any idea?

remove the bogus paths under global options for headtags or any other item thats not in your webroot as thats what that restriction means.
