vb Integration

I did a new install of pp-classifieds4.01 when I change the vB3 Integration options to on I get the following error

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required './global.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/recycled/public_html/classifieds/header-inc.php on line 58

I have looked at the header-inc.php for the Visual Integration but I do not have a clue what to look for?
