Some members cannot contact seller

When I click Contact Seller, it gives a screen to send an email like it should. However, 2 users this week reported they are unable to contact seller. The complaint today said:

well can you get a more descriptive error that that. What is meant by not move forward. I am sure you have tested this as I have and there appears to be no issue with the contact us that I find it sent an email.

Yes, I was unable to duplicate the error. It worked for me, the email was sent and received perfectly.

The first report came to me secondhand, I was not given a username or anything. On the second report I had the username and it is phpBB3 so I was able to assume the user's permissions and navigate the board as the user, and it worked that way too.

Maybe I should ask what browser they are using, and whether they could confirm they were still logged in. If you know of any other questions to ask, I will ask them if it happens again.

Don't know of other questions you could ask everything appears to work if you can do it as them to so definately you need a more descriptive error from them on how it doesnt work.

Here is another user complaint. It is similar to the first 2.

I would tend to think personally if you or I or others get email with no issues at all then this may be as simple an issue as there own spam filters etc. That what I would be looking at. Make them check there spam filters trash etc. They will most likely find emails there.

There is nothing in the code thats going to say work for me you and you and you but not you.
