White screen is all users see now
 

Hi, I've had 3.1 installed at OhioSportsman.com for almost a year. Today I got a report that it wasn't working. I don't know how long it has been like this. If you go to http://www.ohiosportsman.com/classifieds now all you get is a white screen. Anybody got any ideas where to start?

well hard to say any errors in your server log?

My suggest would be check your config-intc.php file and see if your forum server path is correct. Turn off the 3 vb3 switches does it show now?

config-intc.php looks ok. The errors in the server log seem to be non descriptive seg faults when I try to load the classifieds index.

turning all vb3_ integration switches to off, brings the page back but it's a mess.

Well, I've turned the integration off, checked all the paths and turned it back on and this is what I get now:

Something half way in between working and not working.

I also closed the classifieds until this can be fixed. Additionally I can no longer log into the admin control panel!

well all I see is a closed message so hard to really comment.

what have you done to your forum recently? Turning off vb3 switches seems to suggest the forum path is incorrect in the config-intc.php file

We have done nothing to the forum or classifieds in almost a year. That is the scary thing. I'll turn the classifieds back on so you can see.

Hmmm, now when I turned the classifieds back on, I get the white screen of death again. Any ideas how to troubleshoot? Would you like an ftp? Our ReviewPost and Photopost integrations on the same site still work like a charm.

well PHP is not running in that directory for some reason I think your files download to me

anyway sure you can email us admin login url ftp info I can take a peek

You might have corrupt file have you tried replacing files?

I have not tried replacing files. This same problem has happened to just the classifieds software integration on two sites on that server today.
