Just done the upload, Thanks. Just one issue I need help with though.
- when clicking on the help buttons I get this error message.
500 Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
What might be the problem?

Have you uploaded your help directory?
The urls to the help files are correct. make sure those files exist and are 644 permissions.

try making the directory help 755 it should not be 777.
This is what I see when I go to say my help file directly Upload Products
Now when you use the link in the program all it does is load it in a java window. Your issue is with access to the file so I would think its because permissions are incorrect on the directory.

Ugh Chuck, you saved the day again... Just a bit concerned with the other directories also set 777 though. Should I set them to 755 as well?

The only directories suppose to be 777 are the data and uploads directories. Every other directory are suppose to be normal 755

| Directory Structure
Just for clarity before I start a fresh install and copying v.4.01 files to our vbulletin server.
If our vBulletin 4 files are all under /acme, then I assume we simply create a directory under that called /acme/pp-classifieds ...
Then we copy ALL the files (and structure) under the unzipped pp-classifieds401 directly into /acme/pp-classifieds, then run install.php?
Thanks ...
Regards,
Badger
