Admin Section Not Showing After Upgrade

I just upgraded our classifieds to 4.0 and the admin section isn't showing any links on the left. Any possible solutions?

You can send a url and admin login as well as ftp info through the contact us link.

I am running vb 4.0 with all our products and dont see any such behavior.
