Question New Users since vB4 upgrade can't use Classifieds

It seems all new members since the vB4 upgrade get the following error when trying to access "Classifieds"

We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.

All users prior to the upgrade has access and are able to post ads.

(it's possible some other users can't get in either, prior to the upgrade)

How can correct this problem?

Did you move servers maybe possibly your not connecting to the proper database. Thats the only thing I can think of if some users work and others dont

Make sure the proper user database information is entered in the config file of photopost for the user database portion.

Actually we just did an upgrade on your classifieds which means we would not have done anything with databases just uploading new files your configuration would be whatever you already had there. Thus if you recently upgraded your forum to vb4 and change the details you would need to update this info in our products and apparently this was not done.

I would suspect this was your issue. Alot of times on upgrade some people change databases or table prefixes etc

yeah was just saying that is the only explanation for an issue like that. If old users are fine and new users arent its the tell tale sign your forum database info is not right.
